Responsibilities
Hands-on Media Buying
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns end-to-end (Meta first; expand as needed)
Own targeting, pacing, testing structure, and optimization decisions
Diagnose performance with speed and clarity (what changed, why it changed, what to do next)
Creative Strategy + Briefing
Research audience motivations, objections, and “what makes them say yes” (reviews, Reddit, competitor ads, customer language, etc.)
Develop conversion-focused angles, hooks, messaging frameworks, and test plans
Write (or heavily guide) direct-response hooks, scripts, headlines, and ad copy across formats (static, video, UGC, advertorial)
Turn learnings into crisp, high-leverage creative briefs creators/designers/editors can execute quickly
Performance Narrative + Client Communication
Read key metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL, ROAS) and translate them into actionable insights
Communicate performance without jargon: “what happened, what it means, what we’re doing next”
Present insights and recommendations on client calls with confidence
Requirements
Proven hands-on media buying experience (you’ve owned execution—not just reviewed dashboards)
A portfolio of performance work you can explain clearly (results + reasoning)
