Program Manager enabling Autodesk’s shared software platforms through cross-functional programs, business analysis, metrics, and responsible AI use. Driving visibility, accountability, and predictable delivery across technical teams.
Responsibilities
Independently lead the day-to-day execution of assigned cross-functional programs and discrete workstreams
Maintain outcomes, plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, actions, and decisions
Drive accountability and follow-through from alignment through implementation
Resolve delivery issues and escalate broader decisions or matters requiring senior alignment
Build trusted relationships across technical and non-technical teams
Clarify roles and decision paths and provide stakeholders with context and visibility
Maintain roadmaps, trackers, and reliable sources of truth
Manage recurring operating rhythms for planning, review, learning, and continuous improvement
Identify risks, gaps, competing priorities, and dependencies and recommend practical actions
Apply business analysis and data skills to clarify requirements, map processes, identify patterns, and define metrics and reporting
Use AI tools responsibly to improve execution, analysis, communication, documentation, and reporting
Establish the operating foundation during the first 30–60 days
Create visibility and momentum by 60–90 days through reliable meetings, reporting, communication, and issue resolution
Scale impact by six months through predictable program delivery, trusted metrics, repeatable processes, and improvements to the Platform Enablement operating system
Requirements
5+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations, business analysis, or a related role with direct responsibility for cross-functional delivery
Ability to drive cross-functional work from planning through execution, including managing milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and follow-through
Strong program management judgment, ownership, and independence
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to build trust, create alignment, and influence across technical and non-technical teams without direct authority
Business analysis and systems-thinking skills, including process analysis, requirements clarification, synthesis, and understanding interdependencies and downstream impacts
Strong analytical and data skills, including defining meaningful metrics and creating dashboards or reporting from structured data
Experience using program management and collaboration platforms such as Airtable
Comfort learning new technical tools and concepts in a software or technology environment
Practical experience using AI tools responsibly to improve program management, analysis, communication, or operational workflows
