About the role
- Program Manager improving Agile planning, metrics, and delivery coordination for Experlogix’s enterprise software platforms. Facilitating cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, and UX teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, and leadership teams to improve planning effectiveness and delivery predictability
- Facilitate backlog readiness reviews, dependency management sessions, release planning, and PI Planning events
- Track cross-team dependencies, risks, blockers, and action items through resolution
- Maintain visibility into work across multiple teams and communicate status, risks, and progress to stakeholders
- Document and track commitments, decisions, and follow-up actions through completion
- Support Product Managers and Product Owners with planning preparation and backlog quality
- Ensure stories, features, and initiatives meet Definition of Ready standards
- Validate clear, measurable, and testable acceptance criteria
- Confirm appropriate UX engagement for initiatives involving user interface changes
- Support Agile and scaled planning practices across multiple product lines
- Coordinate planning logistics, meeting facilitation, schedules, and communication
- Improve operating cadences and planning processes across teams
- Maintain delivery dashboards and KPI reporting using Jira and related tooling
- Monitor delivery predictability, throughput, lead time for changes, dependency aging, unplanned work, and flow metrics
- Partner with Engineering Managers and Product leaders to improve data quality and reporting accuracy
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership teams
- Establish meeting standards including agendas, action items, decision logs, and ownership tracking
- Evaluate recurring meetings and recommend efficiency improvements
- Facilitate productive discussions and help teams resolve process-related obstacles
- Assist with workflow improvements, operational standards, automation initiatives, and AI-assisted workflow enhancements
- Document operating procedures, templates, governance models, and best practices
- Promote consistency and scalability across Product and Engineering organizations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Agile Delivery Management, Product Operations, or similar operational leadership roles
- Experience supporting software development organizations utilizing Agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks
- Experience facilitating planning sessions, backlog refinement, release planning, or PI Planning activities
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational, facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience with Jira and Agile planning tools
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct management authority
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and operational metrics
- Professionally fluent in English and French
- Preferred: Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, ERP, CRM, CPQ, or related technology environments
- Preferred: SAFe certification (SA, SPC, RTE, POPM, or equivalent)
- Preferred: Experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Appfire Flow
- Preferred: Experience supporting multiple development teams within a scaled Agile environment
- Preferred: Familiarity with Product Operations or PMO functions
- Preferred: Experience implementing process improvements across engineering organizations
- Preferred: Experience working with AI-assisted productivity or workflow automation initiatives
