About the role

  • Senior Program Manager shaping Autodesk software portfolio reporting and narratives. Building executive briefings, repeatable cadences, and single-source-of-truth updates for leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end reporting for LEEP and build a repeatable stakeholder reporting cadence
  • Assess weekly communications needs and translate updates into clear briefings for executives and individual contributors
  • Collect, refine, and align weekly reports across the organization with the leadership team
  • Build and maintain a single source of truth for portfolio status, risks, rollouts, decisions, reprioritization, and stakeholder actions
  • Evolve and refine reporting formats using AI
  • Create feedback loops to capture misalignment and information gaps and flag risks and escalations early
  • Support other Chief of Staff team programs as capacity allows
  • Plan and prepare content for all-hands meetings, leadership offsites, speaking engagements, and other events

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience managing reporting and communications across a wide portfolio of projects and programs from start to finish in a technical or engineering adjacent environment
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to craft diverse messaging across email, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and video
  • Eager to learn and leverage AI to automate and enhance deliverables
  • Highly adept at O365 tools, especially PowerPoint and MS Teams / SharePoint
  • Working proficiency with Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to learn AirTable
  • Ability to create concise emails, engaging slides, and videos for individuals, teams, or leaders
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially and with discretion
