Responsibilities
- Support a wide range of projects for Facilities and Site Services team
- Act as the primary onsite representative for facility-related matters
- Build strong relationships with end users to understand needs and align outcomes
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Facilities and Site Services Team
- Guide projects through the full lifecycle, maintaining documentation and managing scope
- Coordinate onsite work with trades and vendors, overseeing activities and ensuring safe completion
- Solve practical problems alongside structured project management tasks
- Follow corporate procedures, safety standards, and project-specific requirements
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years’ experience in managing complex multi-stakeholder projects
- Minimum 4 years of overall Project Management experience
- Recognized University Degree or College diploma in Project Management or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in good standing or willingness to complete this within the first year
- Valid driver’s license
- Positive, resilient, and flexible mindset with ability to adapt quickly to changing project demands
- Willingness to travel (20%)
- Basic handy person skills
- Background in facilities management or construction projects is a strong asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and familiarity with project management software
- Eligibility for an RCMP criminal record check clearance
