About the role
- Sales Manager selling Beautinda’s all-in-one salon software to beauty businesses. Conducting outbound calls, demos, upgrades, and deal closures remotely.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact salons by phone, generate interest, and schedule demos from lead lists and campaigns
- Convert existing customers who use Beautinda for free to paid plans
- Conduct video demos and independently close deals
- Reliably document activities and results in the relevant systems
- Provide structured feedback on objections and customer requests to Product and Marketing
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in telephone sales (outbound/telesales), ideally in SaaS, software, or the beauty/hair salon industry
- Demonstrated closing ability—you can speak confidently about your sales figures
- Fluent German, both spoken and written
- Strong self-organization and discipline while working from home
- Genuine interest in our product and the beauty industry
