About the role

  • ABM Manager driving personalized account-based marketing campaigns for Benevity’s social-impact technology platform. Partnering with sales and marketing teams to generate pipeline and engage high-value accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive 1:1 and 1:few account-based marketing programs for high-value target accounts
  • Partner with Account Executives to translate target account plans into multi-channel campaigns
  • Collaborate with BDRs to ensure seamless follow-up and messaging alignment across the funnel
  • Design tailored content, direct mail, digital experiences, and targeted event moments
  • Design and execute customized assets, landing pages, direct mail, and outreach sequences
  • Run quarterly 1:few multi-channel programs targeting key buyer personas across priority market segments
  • Leverage AI tools like Claude to scale personalized outreach efficiently
  • Partner with Account Executives on joint account selection and prioritization
  • Build outbound sequences in HubSpot and route engaged contacts to BDRs
  • Track account-level engagement and alert BDRs to funnel movement
  • Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Events, and Marketing Operations
  • Co-create event strategies for tradeshows, Benevity's flagship conference, and custom gatherings
  • Monitor performance metrics, pipeline generation, and account penetration
  • Present quarterly insights to sales leadership
  • A/B test messaging, channels, and sequence designs to optimize campaign performance and conversion rates

Requirements

  • Proven experience executing multi-channel ABM programs, ideally within Enterprise SaaS or B2B software environments
  • Strong capability to translate strategic sales account plans into actionable, high-impact marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams like Content, Product Marketing, and Events
  • Hands-on proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms, specifically Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Experience with or interest in leveraging growth technologies like Clay and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of measuring account engagement, pipeline metrics, and campaign ROI
  • Collaborative communication skills with an ability to build strong alignment across sales and marketing teams
  • Adaptability, creative problem-solving skills, and curiosity to explore new automation tools and personalized strategies
