About the role
- Intern role assisting in learning & development tasks at Behaviour Interactive, a leading video game studio in Montreal.
Responsibilities
- Manage individual training requests and follow up on internal clients' emails
- Respond to employee and manager questions related to learning
- Administer enrollments in the language courses program
- Organize training sessions and workshops from A to Z (logistics, invitations, reminders, attendance, feedback forms, etc.)
- Keep tracking files up to date, including daily expenses and data related to the 1% Skills Act (provincial training requirement)
- Perform video editing, upload training content, and translate certain materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field (completed or in progress)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Experience in a similar role, an asset
- Experience in the technology sector or video game industry, an asset
- Experience developing e-learning modules, an asset
