About the role

  • Intern role assisting in learning & development tasks at Behaviour Interactive, a leading video game studio in Montreal.

Responsibilities

  • Manage individual training requests and follow up on internal clients' emails
  • Respond to employee and manager questions related to learning
  • Administer enrollments in the language courses program
  • Organize training sessions and workshops from A to Z (logistics, invitations, reminders, attendance, feedback forms, etc.)
  • Keep tracking files up to date, including daily expenses and data related to the 1% Skills Act (provincial training requirement)
  • Perform video editing, upload training content, and translate certain materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field (completed or in progress)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Experience in a similar role, an asset
  • Experience in the technology sector or video game industry, an asset
  • Experience developing e-learning modules, an asset
