Responsibilities
- Operate the game as a business with accountability for day to day revenue performance
- Manage in game economy health and content monetization strategy
- Execute live operational execution for high velocity content release schedules
- Design A/B testing across monetization levers and promotional visuals
- Monitor and report on in game economy health and player experience enhancements
- Collaborate cross functionally with various teams including engineering and marketing
Requirements
- Proven experience managing in game microeconomies
- Experience operating fast paced live content environments
- Experience in SaaS style feature development cycles
- Strong working knowledge of SCRUM and sprint planning
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude for workflow optimization
- Strong cross functional stakeholder management
- Experience implementing reactive pricing strategies
