About the role

  • AI Solutions Analyst building and governing Copilot, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions. Supporting Bird’s construction business through secure automation, testing, and platform operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, support, and govern AI-enabled solutions across Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot ecosystem
  • Design, build, and optimize conversational agents and multi-agent solutions in Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Connect agents to enterprise content, Power Automate flows, APIs, and custom connectors
  • Use AI Builder, generative AI capabilities, and Azure AI services to classify, extract, summarize, route, and process information
  • Build and maintain Power Automate cloud flows with exception handling, retry logic, monitoring, and operational support
  • Monitor and improve agent and automation performance using usage metrics, accuracy rates, user feedback, and operational insights
  • Diagnose and resolve performance, throttling, capacity, and platform issues
  • Design, build, and support Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages solutions from discovery through post-release support
  • Translate business requirements into scalable application, data, security, and integration designs
  • Develop reusable components, templates, and development patterns
  • Own solution testing, functional validation, integration testing, and requirements confirmation
  • Plan and facilitate UAT, manage defects and feedback, secure go-live sign-off, and support deployment and stabilization
  • Perform pre-release reviews covering data access, permissions, scope, ownership, and operational readiness
  • Contribute to QA standards, release checklists, and responsible AI guidance
  • Monitor licensing and consumption, support tenant and environment administration, and maintain DLP policies and connector controls
  • Maintain portfolio inventory and ownership records for applications, flows, and AI agents
  • Advise teams exploring AI solutions and deliver training, demonstrations, and office hours

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and administering enterprise solutions on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse)
  • 2+ years of experience delivering AI-powered solutions using the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
  • Hands-on experience delivering AI solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or similar Microsoft AI technologies in production environments
  • Experience with REST APIs, standard and custom connectors, and enterprise data sources such as SharePoint and SQL Server
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain risk and requirements in plain language to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to partner collaboratively with business stakeholders
  • Experience with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure AI services, and Microsoft Copilot ecosystem
