Train, manage and mentor the art team
Provide hands-on support to team in asset creation and implementation
Manage scope and provide detailed feedback for artist sub-disciplines
Provide research and reference materials for visual development of assets
Requirements
5+ years of industry experience
Experience leading art teams, in a senior or lead capacity
Ability to work in proprietary game engine
Ability to create 3D production assets (Zbrush, Maya) and Substance materials (Painter, Designer)
Effective communicator with an ability to work collaboratively cross-discipline, experience with Art Directors
