About the role

  • Administrative Coordinator supporting Blackline Safety’s connected-safety technology evaluations. Coordinating equipment logistics, customer records, reporting, and cross-functional sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Place, coordinate, and track shipping requests for evaluation equipment, ensuring devices are delivered and returned according to established timelines
  • Create and maintain customer organizations within internal systems, ensuring customer and organizational information is accurate and up to date
  • Support the setup of customer organizations with SOC and ensure all required administrative and technical steps are completed accurately
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Sales and other technical teams throughout customer evaluations
  • Prepare evaluation wrap-up reports covering key activities, outcomes, customer requirements, equipment status, and next steps
  • Provide clear handover documentation for CIC
  • Remove devices from customer organizations and transfer them to the appropriate holding organization for deactivation
  • Monitor evaluation equipment, maintain accurate tracking records, and ensure all equipment is returned and accounted for
  • Assist Sales with administrative and operational aspects of customer evaluations
  • Coordinate with Sales, SOC, CIC, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or similar customer-facing environment
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience coordinating logistics, shipping, inventory, or equipment tracking processes
  • Ability to learn and navigate technical systems, databases, and customer management platforms
  • Strong administrative and documentation skills, including maintaining accurate records and preparing customer-facing reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, Operations, and other business units
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple customer evaluations and competing deadlines
  • Experience with CRM systems, asset management tools, or customer management platforms is considered an asset
  • Familiarity with connected devices, hardware evaluations, SaaS platforms, telecommunications, industrial technology, or IoT solutions is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
