About the role

  • Head of Creative Strategy leading performance creative for brands at Advantage HQ. Overseeing creative frameworks, team development, and client onboarding in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the creative product across the client portfolio
  • Build frameworks and best practices for performance creative
  • Raise the output and confidence of the creative team
  • Streamline the production process to improve efficiency
  • Align creative strategies with creator processes for consistent messaging
  • Manage creative onboarding for new clients to ensure early wins

Requirements

  • 7+ years in performance creative, majority at an agency managing a large portfolio
  • Ability to context-switch fast from different brands without losing focus
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and measurable impact on conversion rates
  • Fluency in direct response creative
  • Knowledge of platform dynamics, particularly Meta and TikTok
  • Experience developing junior strategists and managing high-pressure client accounts
  • Proven ability to keep quality high and maintain client confidence
