Solutions Engineer for Booxi’s SaaS platform, focusing on enterprise deals with retail decision-makers. Collaborating closely with Account Executives and delivering impactful demonstrations.
Responsibilities
Act as the second face of the deal alongside the Account Executive, engaging with C-level stakeholders (Digital, IT, Retail Operations) throughout the sales process
Deliver tailored product demonstrations that translate each account's specific business challenges into concrete, measurable solutions
Contribute to RFP responses with structured, persuasive written content grounded in retail realities
Build and maintain effective, reusable demo environments to support the team's four Account Executives
Clearly explain the platform's integration capabilities (APIs, connectors, SaaS ecosystem) to both business and technical stakeholders
Rigorously document scope, integration context, and client expectations to ensure a smooth handoff to implementation
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless sales cycle
Surface market feedback: what prospects are stuck on, who/what they're comparing, and what persuades them
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or sales engineering in a B2B SaaS environment
Initial exposure to enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
Excellent product demonstration skills and results-oriented business storytelling
Understanding of SaaS architectures and integration patterns, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Strong written communication skills (RFPs, scoping documents, commercial content)
Fully bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
Autonomous, structured, and able to manage competing priorities without constant supervision
Nice to have: experience in retail, retail tech, or selling to large international retailers.
