About the role

  • Insurance Compensation Administrator summer role assisting with compensation and expectations in a leading MGA. Focus on learning and operating in the insurance/financial services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and reconcile compensation, including posting commissions onto the back office system (WealthServ)
  • Enter MGA commissions in required databases
  • Assist with Debt Module entries and notices
  • Back up and vacation coverage on an as needed basis
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently a student at a post-secondary institution (college or university) - Finance or other related fields of study
  • Bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French and English) but is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs.
