About the role
- Bilingual Sales Associate selling travel insurance for Allianz Partners Canada. Handling customer inquiries, insurance quotes, policy updates, and sales conversions remotely.
Responsibilities
- Provide telephone support for e-commerce and insurance clients
- Identify customer needs and provide optimal or alternative product solutions
- Educate potential clients on insurance options
- Provide quotes and close sales
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services
- Stay up to date on product and policy changes
- Accurately enter pertinent customer data
- Make changes to existing policies
- Address customer concerns with empathy and move customers toward commitment
- Work effectively with AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools while following data governance, security, and ethical-use standards
Requirements
- Six (6) to twelve (12) months in a customer service or sales environment
- Post-secondary education is highly preferred
- Accident and Sickness license considered an asset but not required
- Possess TICO certification or willing to become certified
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and multi-task
- Superb customer service skills and strong customer focus
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
- Fluency in French and English, written and spoken, required
- Must reside in Canada; applicants residing in Quebec will not be considered
