Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and oversee the complete engineering activity schedule.
- Support the R&O (Risks & Opportunities) process (create the risk register, identify potential project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans).
- Provide mitigation plans for the risks of each project in the assigned portfolio.
- Analyze workload against capacity.
- Lead and coordinate engineering activities while managing change control and deliverables.
- Define and control project scope for each phase.
- Identify and report issues.
- Participate in problem resolution and recovery plans.
- Drive projects through governance and internal change management processes.
- Track and ensure delivery of project deliverables and maintain dashboard updates.
- Prepare detailed project performance reports, including cost, schedule, scope and quality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between team members, cross‑functional departments and suppliers.
Requirements
