About the role

  • Learning & Development Co-op at PowerCo, supporting training program creation in battery production. Engaging with diverse teams to enhance workforce training initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and creation process of digital and in-person learning experiences
  • Prepare, participate in and evaluate learning experiences
  • Assist in learning material creation
  • Support the research and development of campaigns to promote culture and diversity within our workplace
  • Assist with project tracking, including communication with stakeholders, internal customers, and external providers
  • Support learning facility setup

Requirements

  • Currently in a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Organizational and time‑management abilities
  • Basic research and analytical skills
  • Comfort working with Microsoft Office and learning new digital tools
  • Collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Initiative and willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles preferred
  • Experience instructing or designing curriculum
