About the role
- Senior Project Manager leading complex cross-functional projects at Clio, a leader in legal AI technology. Collaborating across teams to drive strategic initiatives and optimize operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for a variety of Clio’s most complex cross-functional projects
- Launch new product lines, global expansion initiatives, mergers & acquisitions, internal transformation and optimization efforts, and other strategic growth initiatives
- Work closely with functional leaders across the business to develop execution plans that align to Clio’s strategic vision and goals
- Drive strategic alignment and decision making discussions with project leads and executive stakeholders
- Facilitate needs assessments and task scoping with a variety of workstream leaders, continually test and validate scoping assumptions
- Identify and highlight dependencies and facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional workstreams; remove barriers, track blockers, and mitigate risks
Requirements
- PMP certification or similar is required
- An undergraduate degree in an area that involves project management, business, research, leadership, or software development.
- 4+ years experience working in project management or adjacent disciplines in a fast growing SaaS/tech company
- Experience conducting needs assessments, scoping project tasks and deliverables, facilitating decision making alignment discussions, and creating roadmaps and timelines/gantt charts
- Experience facilitating workshops with groups and coaching individuals
- Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI
