About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of data-driven briefs for branded ads and User Generated Content (UGC)
  • Generate ideas, craft hooks and headlines
  • Conduct initial and ongoing research for multiple clients
  • Collaborate closely with creative strategists, designers, editors, and media buyers
  • Analyze creative performance and foster innovation within the team
  • Contribute to client communications and creative pipeline planning
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience applying the principles of creative strategy in an agency setting
  • Experience with direct-to-consumer, e-commerce brands
  • Foundational understanding of DTC principles and strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with creative analysis in ads managers/Motion/TripleWhale, NorthBeam, Google Data Studio is a bonus
  • Strong knowledge of social media advertising best practices
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
  • Proven track record of developing high-converting social ads
  • Understanding of balancing brand and performance objectives.
