About the role
- Senior Content Business Analyst turning Coursera and Udemy learning data into strategic insights. Improving content KPIs, portfolio performance, and executive decision-making through analytics and generative AI.
Responsibilities
- Transform complex educational content, learner, operational, and financial data into insights and strategic recommendations
- Analyze performance at individual course and portfolio levels
- Use advanced content analytics to guide decisions on content performance, learner engagement, and portfolio growth
- Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs supporting company-level OKRs
- Investigate and resolve legacy data challenges
- Partner with finance, content strategy, revenue operations, data science, data engineering, and other cross-functional teams
- Use generative AI tools to improve and automate data analysis and reporting
- Build presentations and storylines for cross-functional and executive audiences
- Manage multiple analytical initiatives while maintaining accuracy, clarity, and stakeholder alignment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, or a related discipline
- Experience preferably within a technology or education-focused environment
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience using generative AI technologies to improve or automate data analysis processes
- Experience working cross-functionally with finance, strategy, operations, data science, or data engineering teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with business intelligence tools, Salesforce, spreadsheets, statistical software, and SQL
- Experience in educational technology or a related field (preferred)
- Advanced degree in business, analytics, or a related field (preferred)
