Responsibilities
- Contribute to business needs analysis and solution documentation
- Support business partners in processing improvement requests
- Document and optimize business processes
- Participate in the development and enhancement of IT solutions
- Work with various tools and platforms
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues
- Support user acceptance testing and validation activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and practices
- Document completed work and share key learnings
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in technology
- Ideally completing an internship
- Relevant work experience, particularly through an internship or student job in a related field
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence tools and ideally some initial experience using them
- Familiarity with low-code or no-code solutions, particularly Power Platform, or interest in learning them
- Comfort working with a variety of tools and environments
- Interest in technology, including development, analysis, and tools
- Experience gathering business requirements and documenting processes, considered an asset
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices, or interest in learning them, considered an asset
