About the role
- Bilingual Business Analyst translating business needs into SAP-enabled enterprise solutions and process improvements. Driving requirements, stakeholder alignment, testing, and delivery across technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with external stakeholders, customers, and partners to identify business needs, define requirements, and develop innovative solutions
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, user stories, process flows, and system design documentation
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop BRDs, workflows, process maps, sequence diagrams, and other project artifacts
- Create low-fidelity prototypes and validate end-to-end business processes and user experiences
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to define testing strategies, prepare test data, and support UAT
- Analyze and troubleshoot business and system-related issues, identifying practical and scalable solutions
- Lead multiple projects and initiatives while managing priorities, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and key milestones
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance business performance
- Support digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives through strategic analysis and solution design
Requirements
- Fluent in both French and English, capable of speaking and writing in both languages
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in technology-driven environments
- Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements
- Experience working through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Experience managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cross-platform integrations and enterprise system environments
- Experience with SAP technologies and enterprise implementations
- Familiarity with ASAP methodology and Design Thinking principles
- Experience supporting full lifecycle software or ERP implementations
- Exposure to process improvement, business transformation, or digital modernization initiatives
