Field Service Technician performing installation and maintenance of radomes and antennas across Canada. Requires 100% travel and adherence to health and safety policies.
Responsibilities
Complete radome inspections, installations, hydro-blasting, painting, replacing panels and other components, demolition, and other maintenance tasks
Work at heights: including scaffolding, rope access, boom lifts, and cranes
Work safely in accordance with the Canadian Space Health & Safety Program and its Policies
Drive company-issued vehicles
Complete necessary reporting forms
Keep the work area, company vehicles, and CSS tools and equipment clean
Requirements
1 year of general construction or industrial labour experience is desirable
Able to speak and read in English
Possess a valid driver’s license and be able to produce a clean Motor Vehicle Record upon hire
Have attention to detail
Able to lift, move and carry up to 50 lbs
Available to work several weeks at a time, based on our client’s needs
Able to work 12-hour shifts
Able to obtain a basic Canadian Federal security clearance
