Responsibilities
Determine priorities and schedule service calls.
Contact customers to advise them of the estimated arrival time.
Install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for hardware and software, primarily at customer locations.
Perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, servicing, and minor repairs on ATMs, point-of-sale equipment, computers, and related peripherals.
Perform basic installation of cables, devices, and Mas-Hamilton locks.
Diagnose hardware and software failures using diagnostic tools.
Perform component-level hardware repairs and adjust mechanical components.
Configure and install applicable software.
Perform preventive maintenance and replenish consumables according to guidelines.
Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products.
Accurately record service-related data and complete required documentation.
Escalate issues and reassign service calls as needed.
Train customers on the use and operation of installed hardware and software.
Participate in training, KPI implementation, and special projects.
Requirements
High school diploma required.
One to two years of technical service experience.
Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets DN fleet requirements.
Good computer knowledge and skills.
Strong advanced-level troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Strong advanced-level prioritization and follow-up skills.
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in inclement weather.
Ability to adapt to various shifts, including a rotating on-call schedule during evenings and weekends.
Ability to organize and inventory parts and tools in the service vehicle.
Ability to drive a company vehicle.
Successful completion of driver’s record, background, and drug screening checks.
Ability to lift heavy equipment weighing more than 9 kg (20 lb) and work while standing, bending, crouching, and frequently moving the hands and fingers.
Fluency in French required.
Ability to travel to the United States for training.
Education or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Technical or specialized training is an asset.
