Responsibilities
Research and identify potential delegates who would benefit from attending our summits
Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and social media to introduce the event and highlight its value
Tailor approaches to different segments of potential delegates to maximize registration numbers and revenue
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Develop and maintain relationships with past and potential delegates to ensure continued interest and attendance at future events
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on messaging, promotions, and outreach efforts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of delegate interactions, registrations, and feedback using CRM systems
Requirements
A minimum of 1 years experience in B2B telephone sales (event industry preferred)
Consistency in delivering targets and meeting KPIs
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding ability to collaborate and work well across teams/functions
Proven experience in events delegate sales is an advantage
