Responsibilities
- Coordinate component delivery plans across multiple technology workstreams
- Manage dependencies, risks, governance, resources, and reporting
- Maintain integrated plans, RAID logs, and governance artefacts
- Coordinate component leads and relevant business and technical contributors
- Track budget, milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Provide clear status updates, escalation, and decision support
- Support timely delivery decisions through accurate and consistent reporting
- Coordinate delivery across a critical technology capability within a large life and pensions business
Requirements
- Strong background in technology delivery management, programme coordination, or project controls within financial services or a regulated environment
- Experience managing integrated plans, RAID logs, dependencies, and governance reporting
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Experience supporting delivery assurance, escalation, and decision-making
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work across complex, multi-workstream environments
- Ability to manage competing priorities and delivery risks
- Comfortable operating in a structured governance environment
- Availability through January 2027
