- Commercial Account Manager growing Desjardins business through client relationships, financial solutions and portfolio profitability. Developing commercial accounts while balancing sales objectives, risk management and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, solicit, develop and maintain business relationships with medium organizations operating in the commercial sector
- Promote and sell Desjardins products and services to grow the centre’s business
- Serve as a key intermediary between the business centre and members and clients
- Ensure proper usage, updating and client satisfaction with products and services
- Analyze client needs, develop personalized solutions and prepare integrated service offerings
- Negotiate applicable conditions with members and clients
- Recommend strategies for business growth, sound risk management, portfolio profitability and stronger business relationships
- Identify business development opportunities using market intelligence
- Execute promotional activities and participate in targeted public relations and business community activities
- Refer members and clients to the appropriate person as needed
- Adhere to applicable policies, practices, standards and laws governing financial product and service distribution
- Provide sound and prudent risk management for assigned portfolios
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
