About the role
- Desjardins banking advisory agent supporting member transactions, digital tools, and financial services in Mont-Louis. Promoting products, resolving issues, and identifying member needs.
Responsibilities
- Support members and clients by explaining technological tools and applications that enable them to complete transactions and operations independently
- Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities
- Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities and refer them to appropriate partners
- Stay current on the latest standards, products and services in the field
- Adhere to compliance, security and risk management rules
- Support and advise members and clients regarding banking transactions
- Promote Desjardins products, services and available distribution channels
- Identify business opportunities and refer members and clients to colleagues for specialized needs
- Advise members and clients on digital solutions
- Ensure financial transactions proceed smoothly and address issues that arise
- Provide information and support on technological tools, including prevention and safety advice
Requirements
- High school diplomas in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Available to travel to the other Caisse service location
