About the role
- Advisory Agent supporting members with banking transactions, fraud referrals, and digital tools. Promoting Desjardins products and services across Capitale-Nationale branches.
Responsibilities
- Support members and clients by telling them existing applications and technological tools that can help them do transactions and operations on their own
- Welcome members and customers warmly and courteously, quickly ascertain their needs, and direct them to individuals who can assist them or to alternative distribution channels
- Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities
- Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities, and ensure that they are referred to the appropriate partners
- Work in collaboration with personal finance advisors and improve the service offered to members
- Advise members and customers on banking transactions and promote Desjardins products and services
- Act as an ambassador for digital solutions and help members use technological tools safely
Requirements
- Knowledge of French is required
