About the role
- Project Control Officer working at Desjardins monitoring projects, budgets, and timelines. Assisting teams with management best practices to meet performance indicators and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Monitor project scopes, budgets and timelines in order to produce reports
- Anticipate, identify and analyze trends and discrepancies and suggest solutions to help the team meet their performance indicators
- Assist the team with risk, issue and document management
- Ensure project management best practices are followed
- Help the team update the timeline by keeping track of milestones and key dates for squads and contributors
- Monitor and analyze the plan, make resource capacity recommendations and update the project plan

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
