About the role
- Digital Project Manager at Diamond leading high-volume digital content and website builds. Collaborating with creative teams and managing delivery timelines for successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end project management for high-volume digital content, new website builds, and program management of existing digital properties
- Work with Digital and Creative teams and external vendors to manage web-based project timelines
- Ensure timely, error-free delivery of all project deliverables
- Identify project deliverables and manage all aspects of the project, including: Planning, Estimation, Scoping, Schedule, Risks, Resources
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and change requests
- Ensure the success of each project from brief to post-mortem, applying project lifecycle methodologies
- Manage monthly maintenance retainers, including triaging support portal tickets and leading client communication
- Engage agency departments to contribute to the project deliverables most effectively
- Track and control project progress and estimation/re-estimation of work as necessary
- Uphold a high standard of quality and reliable communication with the team when obstacles arise
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working in digital project management
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with web development best practices for accessibility (AODA), security, and QA
- Familiarity with the requirements of digital productions that involve technical integration with external components and APIs
- Strong relationship-building skills to navigate complex and diverse project needs
- Entrepreneurial attitude, able to problem-solve autonomously
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused
- Excellent planner, organizer, and communicator
- Must have hands-on experience working in Adobe Workfront
