Responsibilities
Lead the planning and end-to-end execution of software development programs and projects.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to define priorities, scope, and work plans.

Facilitate communication among the various areas involved and ensure timely follow-up on projects.
Translate functional requirements into technical specifications that enable correct implementation of solutions.
Participate in defining technical architectures and support integration and implementation efforts.
Monitor operational metrics and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
Document work plans, best practices, and project management standards.
Communicate progress, risks, outcomes, and retrospectives clearly and promptly to stakeholders.
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing technical projects working directly with software development teams.
5+ years of experience in technology companies, preferably in a SaaS model.
3+ years leading software development projects with defined schedules and delivery dates.
Proven experience with agile methodologies and iterative processes.
Experience managing complex initiatives and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency with project management and tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Roadmunk.
Preferred: PMP, Scrum Master, or Scaled Agile certifications.
Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Support teams.
Ability to influence and lead teams without direct authority.
Experience in large-scale software development organizations.
Ability to operate in changing environments and manage multiple priorities.
