Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of implementation projects
- Maintain accurate revenue and resource forecasts across all assigned projects
- Facilitate structured backlog review sessions
- Act as the primary client-facing contact
- Build strong working relationships with internal implementation teams
- Ensure adherence to global delivery standards and methodologies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project data within project management systems
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a Project Management role
- Proven track record delivering SaaS/software implementation projects in a client-facing environment
- Experience managing project financials, including revenue forecasting and budget tracking
- Experience delivering multi-product implementations, integrations, or platform migrations
- Proven ability to manage scope, prioritisation, and change control in line with project and commercial objectives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of end-to-end SaaS delivery
- Experience working within recognised project delivery frameworks (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
