About the role
- Deployment Strategist Lead opening Canada's market for ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company. Building teams, winning strategic customers, and deploying voice and audio AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Open a new market for ElevenLabs and build the team to support it
- Hire the necessary team members and win the first customers in the market
- Meet strategic customers to understand critical audio and voice AI needs and identify pain points
- Build and lead a regional team of forward deployed engineers
- Identify use cases through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows
- Work with engineers to implement voice and audio AI technology in innovative solutions
- Design and architect bespoke customer integrations
- Guide customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models
- Present results and proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives
- Collaborate with Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into software products and AI models
- Build and deliver demos of voice and audio AI technology
- Scope potential applications in new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors globally
- Own end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners
- Collaborate daily with customers’ engineering and executive teams to ensure optimal technology implementation
Requirements
- Proven experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders internally and at customer or partner organizations
- Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams
- Ability to foster a collaborative and results-driven culture
- Basic proficiency in Python
- Understanding of API integration for implementing scripts and building prototypes or demos
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to summarize complex technical concepts and use logic to pursue optimal solutions
- Technical aptitude to quickly understand voice and audio AI models and applications
- Ability to align technical strategy with business objectives
- Understanding of deal structures, go-to-market motions, and revenue impact
- Partner ecosystem development experience with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners is nice to have
