About the role
- Design Lead for user experience at Embark. Overseeing user flows, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration in product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve user flows across the full product lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into user journeys and interaction models.
- Identify friction points and opportunities to improve conversion.
- Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes to support user testing.
- Partner closely with UX Research to design experiments.
- Build and maintain scalable design components and libraries.
- Work closely with Digital Product Managers, engineers, and researchers.
- Contribute to public site experiences and authenticated application flows.
- Develop innovative concepts and new product ideas.
- Design user journeys and flows for lifecycle communications.
- Partner with Product and Research to measure the impact of design changes.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design.
- Are a strong flow thinker.
- Are highly proficient in Figma.
- Have hands-on experience designing prototypes for research.
- Understand public and authenticated product experiences.
- Are comfortable leading and guiding design work.
- Thrive in cross-functional environments.
- Can balance speed and quality.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Are comfortable contributing to content and lifecycle experiences.
