About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget for Endeavour initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute project objectives, ensuring clear communication and accountability across all stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed
- Facilitate regular status meetings, prepare progress reports, and present updates to senior leadership and clients
- Ensure projects adhere to organizational standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong relationships with partners, vendors, and internal teams
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and integrating feedback into future projects
- Identify and nurture potential project opportunities with existing clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- PMP certification or currently working towards this certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably in the Gov Tech sector or related industry
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
