Responsibilities

analyze field data, develop and refine test plans, prepare for field assignments, build mathematical models, run simulations, document technical results
direct generation resources through planned tests at power generation facilities, capturing high-quality data for analysis
maintain a balanced mix of field and office work, supported by extensive training and mentorship
Requirements
Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or related discipline focused on controls or power systems
Undergraduate-level exposure to power generation fundamentals
Ability to travel up to 30% of the year for field work
Background in control theory, including experience with MATLAB/Simulink or similar tools
Proficient use of Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel
Authorized to work in Canada, able to pass a background check, lift up to 50 pounds, and possess a valid driver’s license
