About the role

  • Regional Sales Director driving Kerr Envista’s dental product sales across Eastern Canada. Leading distributors, strategic accounts, and a high-performing regional sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the Eastern Canada regional sales strategy
  • Sell company-manufactured products through designated distributors and dealers
  • Deliver regional revenue, profitability, and market share objectives
  • Identify market opportunities to drive expansion and customer acquisition
  • Develop strategic relationships with customers, distributors, dealers, and industry partners
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Manage hiring, performance management, succession planning, and employee development
  • Execute sales strategies with Marketing and cross-functional teams
  • Set regional sales goals, forecasts, and business plans
  • Manage budgets and resources
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights
  • Ensure accurate reporting, operational excellence, and policy compliance
  • Build trust, manage risk, and foster continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years successful B2B sales experience, preferably within the dental space
  • Experience leading a team of professionals
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Candidate must live within the designated territory/geography; ideally in Montreal or Toronto
  • Candidate must be bilingual in French and English, spoken and written
  • Proven B2B sales leadership experience utilizing a structured sales methodology
  • Ability to understand, simplify, and communicate technical, clinical, and product information to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated success coaching, developing, and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Strategic thinking and a track record of driving business growth through innovation, sound decision-making, and execution
  • Strong business acumen and ability to assess opportunities and make results-driven decisions
  • Planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Experience applying Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies to sales and business processes
  • Ability to travel, including evenings, weekends, and overnight stays, up to 40%
  • Willingness to co-travel with each representative an average of 3–5 days each quarter
