About the role
- Immigration Case Manager managing end-to-end Canadian corporate immigration matters for Envoy Global. Advising corporate clients and preparing complex work permit, permanent residence, and compliance applications.
Responsibilities
- Manage a full portfolio of Canadian immigration cases
- Prepare and submit compliant applications for Work Permits, Permanent Residence, and Employer compliance matters
- Advise corporate clients on immigration strategy, eligibility, timelines, and risks
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with IRCC and ESDC requirements
Requirements
- Licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC)
- Active member in good standing with the relevant regulatory body
- 3+ years of corporate Canadian immigration experience
- Strong knowledge of Canadian and Quebec immigration programs (if applicable)
- Ability to independently manage high-volume, complex corporate cases
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and client-focused
