About the role

Tooling Project Manager at Expleo guiding engineering and quality services for complex industrial projects. Collaborating across departments, ensuring project success and compliance with technical standards.

Responsibilities

Interpret, understand, and comply with plans and specifications
Work closely with all company departments and act as coordinator to ensure each team works effectively: Ensure compliance with equipment occupational health and safety (OHS) standards
Manage subcontracting of engineering services (plan, coordinate, and schedule): Create and maintain the overall project schedule while handling unforeseen events and constraints to avoid impacting critical deadlines
Monitor the project budget
Lead cross-departmental meetings and ensure each contributor is engaged
Develop solutions to issues encountered during the project
Present project progress reports to the executive committee
Serve as the main client point of contact during the development project
Ensure the quality of technical documents used for tenders (work standard specifications and appendices) through appropriate methodological support and by guiding project managers on the subcontracting process

You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or an equivalent qualification
You have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the industrial sector or in a similar role; relevant combinations of education and experience will be considered
Demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills
Known for reliability and autonomy in your work, with the ability to work effectively in teams
You thrive in a changing work environment
Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Proficiency in French and English is an asset
