About the role

Chargé d'affaire d'outillage managing tool project in hybrid model at Expleo. Collaborating across departments to ensure project efficiency and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Interpret, understand and comply with drawings and specifications
Work closely with all company departments and act as the project coordinator to ensure effective work from all parties: Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) standards for equipment
Manage subcontracted engineering services (plan, coordinate and schedule): Create and maintain the overall project schedule while handling unforeseen events and constraints so as not to impact key deadlines
Monitor and manage the project budget
Lead cross-departmental meetings and ensure each participant is engaged
Identify and implement solutions for issues encountered during the project
Present project progress reports to the executive committee
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the development project
Ensure the quality of technical documents used for tenders (work standard specifications and appendices) by providing appropriate methodological support and guiding project managers through the subcontracting process

Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or equivalent
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the industrial sector or in a similar role; relevant combinations of education and experience will be considered
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Recognized for reliability and autonomy as well as the ability to work effectively in a team
Motivated by change and new challenges
Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Proficiency in French and English is an asset
