About the role
- Loan Fulfillment Technician using loan processing experience to ensure accuracy and compliance in FCC’s lending processes. Contributing to loan integrity and providing an optimal customer experience through various activities.
Responsibilities
- Use your experience in loan processing and loan administration to ensure the accuracy, compliance and effectiveness of FCC’s lending process
- Execute various loan processing activities, including security, documentation, amendments, payments and disbursements
- Use lending systems (JET, CML, CMS) to ensure data integrity
- Monitor and manage the individual worklist to meet service standards
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Validate applications in accordance with policies, signed documents and provincial legislation
- Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity within lending systems
- Support internal partners and respond to inquiries from field offices
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or certification in administration, business or a related field
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- Working knowledge of loan management systems and applications
- Two years of experience related to commercial lending, mortgages, banking services, credit products, or in the legal field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
