About the role

  • Lifecycle Marketer driving email, SMS, segmentation, and retention campaigns for Fittes, a Toronto product design company. Optimizing customer lifecycle performance through testing and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer inbox and phone across email, SMS, and automated flows
  • Drive email and SMS campaigns and automation flows end-to-end
  • Track open rate, click rate, order placement, and retention outcomes
  • Build and refine segmentation strategy and maintain clean CRM lists and contact data
  • Write campaign briefs aligning sales, creative, and marketing
  • Support Loyalty & Rewards campaign execution and B2B/Trades retention touches
  • Plan and run A/B tests on messaging, creative, and send strategy
  • Turn campaign data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
  • Monitor new automation and CRM tools and features for testing
  • Maintain accurate dashboard reporting on campaign and program effectiveness
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and report progress
  • Contribute input to quarterly marketing plans
  • Keep messaging on-brand across all channels
  • Partner closely with and report to the E-Commerce Manager on retention strategy

Requirements

  • 3+ years hands-on experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing
  • Comfortable owning campaigns from idea to inbox independently
  • Fluency with data, segmentation, click-through, and retention curves
