About the role
- Product Manager responsible for developing and evolving commercial charging offers at FLO. Collaborating with partners and internal teams for innovative electric vehicle solutions.
Responsibilities
- Product Manager – Commercial Charging: Develop and evolve FLO’s commercial charging offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EVSE partners.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear value propositions for customers.
- Contribute to the rapid growth of the public charging network.
- Identify, evaluate, and select strategic EVSE partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Define product positioning and ensure clear market differentiation.
- Analyze network performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements

- Strong experience in product management
- Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of multiple products (from design to go-to-market and iteration)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field
- Experience with products that integrate hardware and software
- Excellent command of French and English, essential for interacting with anglophone external partners, including manufacturers and technology vendors
- Asset: Good understanding of charging technologies (Level 2, DC fast charging) and standards (OCPP, OCPI, ISO 15118)
