About the role

  • Product Manager responsible for developing and evolving commercial charging offers at FLO. Collaborating with partners and internal teams for innovative electric vehicle solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Product Manager – Commercial Charging: Develop and evolve FLO’s commercial charging offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with EVSE partners.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear value propositions for customers.
  • Contribute to the rapid growth of the public charging network.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select strategic EVSE partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Define product positioning and ensure clear market differentiation.
  • Analyze network performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in product management
  • Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of multiple products (from design to go-to-market and iteration)
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field
  • Experience with products that integrate hardware and software
  • Excellent command of French and English, essential for interacting with anglophone external partners, including manufacturers and technology vendors
  • Asset: Good understanding of charging technologies (Level 2, DC fast charging) and standards (OCPP, OCPI, ISO 15118)
