About the role

  • Creative Lead shaping and executing Align brand voice and visual identity. Owning content strategy and ensuring compliance with branding guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Shape, execute, and protect the Align brand voice and visual identity
  • Own the content calendar, visual assets, and digital user journey
  • Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and messaging integrity
  • Plan and execute the full content lifecycle from quarterly campaigns to daily social media content
  • Collaborate with SEO partners and analyze data for continual marketing improvements
  • Build repeatable templates and workflows for creative processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in design (Canva mastery a must)
  • Copywriting experience
  • Short-form video production experience
  • Ability to manage a complex content calendar and multiple stakeholders independently

  • GTA Presence: Ability to get to our Mississauga and Toronto locations for content captures, team collaborations, and seasonal merchandising.
