About the role

  • Product Manager owning Core HR employee records, lifecycle workflows, compliance, and reporting. Driving roadmap execution for Globalli’s global workforce management platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own execution across the full product lifecycle for Core HR
  • Own employee profiles and records
  • Own onboarding and offboarding workflows
  • Own time off and leave management
  • Own employee lifecycle events, including promotions, transfers, and terminations
  • Own Core HR dashboards and reporting
  • Own compliance workflows tied to employee data across jurisdictions
  • Drive discovery, market research, competitive analysis, and roadmap development
  • Translate strategy into actionable requirements and user stories
  • Own product documentation, business cases, use cases, technical requirements, and expected ROI
  • Align releases with customer needs and company goals, emphasizing data integrity and cross-border compliance
  • Convert stakeholder and customer feedback into prioritization decisions
  • Connect engineering with the broader business and align features with market needs
  • Partner with engineering, QA, design, marketing, and sales to plan, build, and launch
  • Run Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews
  • Define testing strategy with QA and protect release quality, especially for data migrations and lifecycle events
  • Monitor HR tech trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape
  • Maintain documentation for project plans, timelines, requirements, and status
  • Communicate progress and learnings to stakeholders regularly
  • Develop external-facing Core HR content for customers
  • Report directly to the Head of Product

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management or a closely related role at a technology or SaaS company
  • A track record of owning the product lifecycle and shipping impactful B2B solutions, ideally involving employee data, HRIS, or systems-of-record
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work fluidly across engineering, design, and business teams
  • Comfort turning complex business needs, especially those shaped by multi-country compliance, into clear technical requirements
  • Real experience in Agile environments, including hands-on sprint planning and backlog grooming
  • A customer-first mindset balanced with strategic thinking and tactical execution
  • A self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace
  • Experience in HCM, HRIS, or core HR platforms is strongly preferred
