About the role

  • Staff Product Manager scaling Sprout Social’s SaaS integration ecosystem. Owning platform strategy, partner integrations, and lifecycle delivery for 30,000+ brands.

Responsibilities

  • Own individual integrations strategy end-to-end, from pricing and packaging to distribution strategy and GA readiness
  • Partner with Engineering to sequence integration investments while balancing customer/revenue commitments with platform scalability
  • Define and execute platform-based integration strategies, such as generalized APIs or connectors, enabling customer self-integration
  • Drive integration lifecycle management from alpha and beta through GA and post-launch scaling
  • Align strategic partners and key customers on roadmap, timeline, and requirements
  • Own permissioning, security, and licensing model decisions for packaged integrations
  • Build business cases and prioritization frameworks for new integration investments, including kill criteria and proof points
  • Connect GTM, Partnerships, and Engineering to ensure commercially viable integration work
  • Drive best-in-class product delivery and balance immediate customer needs with long-term scalability
  • Own the integration roadmap and deliver measurable results on strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • 10+ years of PM experience in ecosystem or integration roles in a B2B product-driven SaaS environment
  • Proven success leading initiatives in a multi-product portfolio company
  • Experience collaborating closely with product, design, engineering, and GTM leaders to deliver cohesive solutions
  • Experience partnering with distributed engineering teams across different time zones
  • Deep technical fluency in integration architecture, including APIs, managed packages, platform events, and OAuth/permission models
  • Strong commercial judgment regarding what to build, for whom, and when
  • Default toward over communication through written specs, recorded walkthroughs, decision logs, and proactive status updates
