Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across all time zones and regions
Manage resources for sales engineering calls
Ensure timely handling of sales engineering requests from our sales organizations and partners
Be responsible for providing the sales team with the technical expertise needed to enable them to sell our products
Identify potential improvements and prioritize features and corresponding business cases in collaboration with our product team
Provide consultative support to key internal and external stakeholders and become a key product expert
Maintain expertise across all payment and acquiring solutions—online, in-person, and omnichannel
Requirements
More than five (5) years of technical experience, including at least three (3) years in the payments industry
Extensive experience with the technical aspects of e-commerce, mobile devices, or point-of-sale (POS) systems
Technical degree or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Strong experience learning and explaining payment system integrations
Ability to travel up to 35% of the time to meet prospective clients and internal staff
Ability to provide bilingual support (French and English) is a strong asset
