About the role
- Instructor delivering SOLIDWORKS training in both English and French for GoEngineer. Preparing materials and ensuring a positive learning experience for students.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging instructor-led SOLIDWORKS training in English and French.
- Prepare training materials and continuously improve the learning experience.
- Work toward and maintain relevant SOLIDWORKS certifications.
- Assess customer needs and assist in determining appropriate training solutions.
- Provide engineering software support on SOLIDWORKS as required.
- Maintain and update the office training room and support training initiatives.
- Contribute to internal documentation and best practices for course delivery.
- Partner with a highly tenured training team for a consistent training experience.
- Represent GoEngineer professionally in the classroom.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (Canadian French preferred).
- SolidWorks experience with a strong working knowledge of core workflows.
- Professional experience delivering technical training, instruction, or enablement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Extra points for prior co-teaching or mentoring experience, advanced SolidWorks certifications (CSWE), and experience with CATIA V5 or 3DEXPERIENCE.
